The Hills Shire Symphony Orchestra is a non-for-profit community orchestra, funded entirely through ticket sales, orchestra membership and generous contributions from our supporters. We are still a new and growing orchestra, and as such your donations are invaluable in ensuring the success and longevity of our orchestra.
Sponsorships and donations are welcomed of all sizes and will provide you with the following benefits:
1. Platinum Sponsor (Symphony)
Investment: $2,000+
- Primary Sponsor Rights: You will appear as the primary sponsor for all HSSO subscription concerts in the calendar year.
- Prominent Branding: Your logo will appear on all marketing materials (posters, flyers, programs, and digital media).
- Event Branding: Your logo prominently displayed at the entrance, on concert hall signage, and on the program cover for every concert.
- Social Media: Featured as the main sponsor on all social media channels (with regular posts).
- Press Releases: Your company will be mentioned in all press releases and media outreach.
- Complimentary Tickets: Up to 12 complimentary tickets for each HSSO subscription concert.
- Recognition: A special thank you during each concert’s opening or closing.

2. Gold Sponsor (Concerto)
Investment: $1,000+
- Logo Placement: Your logo will appear on event marketing materials, concert programs, and digital platforms.
- Social Media Shoutouts: 3 dedicated posts across the orchestra’s social media channels.
- Complimentary Tickets: Up to 8 complimentary tickets for each HSSO subscription concert.
- Banner Display: Your company’s banner placed in a prime location at the concert hall.
- Event Recognition: Mentions in concert introductions or closing remarks by the conductor or MC.
- Website Acknowledgment: Your logo and a brief company description on the orchestra’s website and all ticketing pages. (to be implemented with our new website ETA April 2025)
3. Silver Sponsor (Overture)
Investment: $500+
- Complimentary Tickets: Up to 6 complimentary tickets for each HSSO subscription concert.
- Logo Placement: Your logo placed in the concert program and event materials.
- Recognition: Your name listed as a supporter in the concert program.
- Social Media Shout-Out: A thank you mention on social media.
Custom Sponsorship Opportunities
We are happy to tailor sponsorship packages based on your company’s needs. Additional opportunities include:
- Concert or Program Sponsorship: Sponsor a specific concert or a set of performances. Your brand can be highlighted during the event and you will be mentioned in all associated materials.
- Educational Outreach Sponsor: Support our soon-to-be music education initiatives, such as children music programs. You’ll have your logo featured on all educational outreach materials and a special mention at our events.
